SHS Exposure - Girls JV Soccer
Dear South High School Faculty, Staff, and Parents:
We are writing to inform you that the South Girls JV Soccer Team was exposed to an opposing player in a soccer game on Saturday, November 7 during the time of that player’s infectious period. Members of the team are determined to be close contacts, have been notified directly, and will need to complete a quarantine period. As a result of the required quarantine period through Saturday, November 21st, the South High School Girls JV Soccer Team’s season has concluded for the season.
The Rockland County Department of Health has been notified.
No other action is required on the part of anyone in the South High School community at this time due to the fact that an exposure to an exposure does not result in a quarantine.
Thank you.
Stay strong! Stay healthy!
Sincerely,
Debra Tarantino
