The Clarkstown Board of Education will hold its next Regular Meeting on Thursday, May 6, 2021, at Clarkstown High School South in the Auditorium.

The Clarkstown Board of Education will hold its next Regular Meeting on Thursday, May 6, 2021, at Clarkstown High School South in the Auditorium. Upon convening the meeting at 6:30 p.m., it is anticipated that the Board will immediately entertain a motion to go into Executive Session. If the Board enters Executive Session, the Board will return to public session at approximately 8:00 p.m. to address public agenda items.

Comments on agenda items and school related topics may be emailed to districtclerk@ccsd.edu and will be shared with the Board in advance of the meeting. Be sure to include your name, town, and your student's school/grade on the email. Please note that your comments may be read during the board meeting. The deadline to submit a comment is 12:00 (noon) on Wednesday, May 5, 2021. Comments or questions sent in after the deadline will be added to the public comment section of the next board meeting.

There will be a Public Hearing on the 2021-22 budget at this meeting. Public input is welcome. You may submit budget related questions through email to: districtclerk@ccsd.edu by 12:00 (noon), Thursday, May 6, 2021.

Please be advised that Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order No. 202 imposes a limitation on the maximum number of individuals who may attend. Therefore, the maximum number of community members that may attend the meeting in-person is 80 people. In order to reach more people and to allow for broader viewership, the Board of Education Meeting (public session) will also be available for viewing (live) on the CCSD website at https://www.ccsd.edu/boestream.
