Dear Clarkstown School Community:

I hope this communication finds you and your family members in good health and spirits.

Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and the NYS Department of Health announced that school districts can choose to lift the requirement that their students, staff and visitors must wear masks outdoors..

Effective immediately, the Clarkstown Central School District will be removing the requirement to wear masks when outdoors including during school sports.  

Although no longer required, wearing a mask remains optional for all students, staff and visitors.

Guidance on mask use indoors remains in place.
