We like the sound of this! SIXTEEN CCSD students have been selected to take part in the New York State School Music Association's (NYSSMA) 2024 Area All-State Music Festival from November 22-23 at Suffern High School. The following individuals also received top scores during NYSSMA's Spring 2024 Festival. Congratulations to all!
Clarkstown High School North: Tsung Chun Hsieh, Julian Angamarca, Katherine Hsin-ting Hsieh, Hajin Kim, Lennon Tang (Symphonic Orchestra); Valerie Silverman, Aaron Friedman, Samuel Rigney (Symphonic Band); and, Elkin Frank (Mixed Chorus).
Clarkstown High School South: Olivia Im, Julia Lee (Symphonic Orchestra); Timothy Yang, Christina Yan (Symphonic Band); Kiera Hallinan, Autumn Nardini and Avery Beckerman (Mixed Chorus).
