Mass Notifications
District and School Communication are sent through our Finalsite Mass Notification System to CCSD Families and Staff Only. Messages may be sent out as an email, a text message, a phone call or a post to our CCSD App., depending on the message and the circumstance.
- Please make sure your contact information is up to date. To review or update your information:
- CCSD Families - Contact your child's school
- CCSD Staff - Contact Personnel at 845-639-6430
- Replay phone messages
CCSD Parents, Guardians and Staff can replay phone messages they received through our Finalsite Mass Notification System in the past month by calling the Finalsite Mass Notification Retrieval Number: 855-671-1878 from the phone that the call was originally made to. - Text Messages - Add CCSD To Your Contacts - Text Messages will come from either “845-630-1196” for non-emergency messages or “54968” for emergency messages. Some people create contacts on their device with these numbers so that when a message comes, it says that it is from CCSD or whatever name you put for that contact. Example below.
To Opt Out Of Our Mass Notifications:
- Phone calls: From the number you want opted out, call the Finalsite Phone Hotline at 855-502-STOP (855-502-7867).
- Emails: Click the unsubscribe link from any email they receive.

To Opt Back In To Our Mass Notifications
- Emails: Send a request to ccsdschools@ccsd.edu. Be sure to include the unsubscribed email address.
- Phone calls: Call the Finalsite Phone Hotline at 855-502-STOP (855-502-7867) from the phone line that has been opted out.
