Online Payments
The Clarkstown Central School District offers online payment processing options through MySchoolBucks, which provides parents and community members with easy, convenient access to purchase and pay for items and fees.
Parents and community members can now make payments on the school’s website with an e-check, credit or debit card. To ensure your security, personal bank and credit card information is not stored.
Parent Portal
The Parent Portal is designed to enhance the communication and involvement in your child’s education. Furthermore, it allows parents to view their child’s schedule (grades 6-12) , live attendance (absences and tardies), gradebook assignments, report card grades, bus information and interim reports. If you already have an account, you can login here. If you do not have an account, you can create one here.
In order to register, you will need your student's ID number(s), which appears on their report card, interim report and printed schedule. You can create a single Parent Portal account for all children at one time. The account approval process takes 24-48 hours to complete. Once the District has approved and activated the account, you will receive a confirmation email. Parents/guardians can then sign in using the username and password that was created at the time of registration. Please note that the Parent Portal is for parent access and use only. Do not input student names or email addresses as it will disable the system.
We take the security of our students' data very seriously. Each household account will be verified by District staff prior to completing the registration process. If inconsistent information is provided, you will be contacted by mail to ensure the confidentiality of our verification request.

Peer Tutoring
Peer tutoring is a District service in which high school student-tutors come recommended by faculty. These students can tutor from the elementary level to the specific content areas at the middle and high school levels. The fee is $15 an hour, which is paid directly to the tutor by the parents/guardians of those being tutored. An adult must be present at all times during the session. Suggested meeting places include a public library, an available classroom after school or the Homework Center at Clarkstown High School North. While peer tutors are generally available from September through April, please note that their availability towards the end of the school year can be limited when many of them are completing final projects, taking final exams and preparing for graduation.
To begin a new tutoring arrangement, please complete the Tutoring Request Form and email it to Peer Tutoring District Coordinator Mary Chamberlain at mchamberlain@ccsd.edu. For questions regarding an existing arrangement, please contact Michael Ludwig at mludwig@ccsd.edu (Clarkstown High School South) or Daniel Gartshore at dgartshore@ccsd.edu (Clarkstown High School North).

Withhold Consent Information
The Withhold Consent Form protects students from public attention. If a student is opted out, their Directory Information and Student Work cannot be shared on our website and social media, in District publications, with the local media or in any other public forum. For example, an opted out student cannot be included in publications or photos of: student awards and competitions, team sports, student plays and performances, school newspapers, classroom blogs, student and class photos, school yearbooks or any other District or classroom-related events or projects.
The Withhold Consent Form is not about sharing student data or test scores with outside vendors, or opting out of testing. Whether a student is opted in or out, student data is shared with vendors the District has contracted with to run the day-to-day operations. However, there are provisions in our contracts with these vendors that obligate them to protect student data as outlined in the Parents’ Bill of Rights and FERPA.
View the Notice of Directory Information Designations and Student Work, which includes the Withhold Consent Form. To reverse a previous decision to withhold consent for sharing Directory Information and Student Work, please fill out and return the Allow Sharing of Directory Information and Student Work form.
