Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK)
UPK is a tuition-free learning opportunity for children the year BEFORE entering kindergarten. UPK offers children a head start on their academic journey, 5 hours of daily tuition-free preschool (following the CCSD calendar) and a fun learning and social environment.
To Qualify:
- Children must turn 4 years old on or before December 1, 5 years old on or before Dec 1 of the school year you are registering for
- Parents/guardians must reside within boundaries of the Clarkstown Central School District
