Families New to CCSD or Without a Parent Portal Account
If you are new to the Clarkstown Central School District OR have a child(ren) registered for school but DO NOT have a Parent Portal login, please complete and submit your online registration.
CCSD Families with a Parent Portal Account
If you have a child(ren) currently enrolled in the Clarkstown Central School District AND have a Parent Portal login, please click here. From the login screen, enter your information. Once logged in, click on "Register New Student."
Additional Required Documentation
Upon successful completion of the online registration process, you will receive a confirmation email and request to provide additional required documentation. Please note that registration is not yet complete and your student(s) cannot be scheduled until the below information has also been received by the District:
- Required Documents for Online Registration Checklist
- Driver's license or government/state-issued photo ID
- Deed, mortgage statement, property tax receipt or current lease/rental agreement (only ONE)
- Most recent utility bill
- Original birth certificate
- Immunizations and a review of your child's health record (see NYS requirements)
- Most recent report card or transcript
If applicable, please provide documentation pertaining to custody/visitation of the child(ren).
All additional documents may be returned to the district registrar by email (registrar@ccsd.edu), US mail or a secure dropbox. The dropbox is available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8am-3pm, and is located at the main entrance of the Chestnut Grove Administration Building. If needed, appointments are available by Zoom, Google Meet or phone. If you have any questions about your Parent Portal account, please call the Office of Program Evaluation at (845) 639-6440.
