English as a New Language (ENL)
The English as a New Language (ENL) Department of the Clarkstown Central School District provides English language instruction and services to students of culturally, ethnically and linguistically diverse backgrounds. The District prepares English Language Learners (ELLs) to actively engage in academic experiences that promote college and career readiness after high school graduation.

Facilities
Our mission is to promote educational excellence by providing facilities that are clean, safe and healthy. We also maintain the infrastructure of the buildings in a manner that preserves the community's investment.
Fiscal Management and Business Services
The Department of Fiscal Management is responsible for handling the District’s finances, which include the following functions: accounting, auditing, budgeting, cash management, food services and payroll. The Business Services Department is responsible for the District’s: employee benefits, insurance and records management.

Health Services
The District believes that a child’s ability to learn is influenced by their health status. Our school nurses, with their specialized education and skills, provide the services necessary to maintain students' wellness and address health-related needs — enhancing both the quality of education and life for all learners.

Program Evaluation
The Office of Program Evaluation manages student data and provides analyses to support District and building administrators' data needs, strategic planning and decision making. The Office conducts ongoing qualitative and quantitative analyses to gain a greater understanding of the progress of District programs, both in relation to its own objectives and to the standards of the New York State Education Department (NYSED).

Safety
The safety and well-being of our students is our number one priority in the Clarkstown Central School District, as our students would not be able to learn and grow without a safe place to do so. We are constantly on the lookout for new methods of safeguarding our students and staff, and strive to maintain an environment in which students can excel in their academic achievement with peace of mind.
Special Education and Pupil Personnel Services
The offices of Special Education and Pupil Personnel oversee all of the Special Education, Related Services and 504 accommodations for students that are instructed within our District. They focus on supporting all students in the least restrictive environment and helping them achieve to the best of their ability.
