Absentee Ballot Application
Registered voters may request an application for an absentee ballot by downloading an application or contact the district clerk's office (845-639-6455). Completed applications must be received by the District Clerk at least seven (7) days before the election if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter, or the day before the election, if the ballot is to be delivered personally to the voter or the voter’s designated agent.

Absentee Ballot Application - Spanish Version
Los votantes registrados pueden solicitar una solicitud de boleta de voto ausente descargando una solicitud o comunicándose con la oficina del secretario del distrito (845-639-6455). Las solicitudes completas deben ser recibidas por el secretario de distrito al menos siete (7) días antes de la elección si la boleta debe enviarse por correo al votante, o el día antes de la elección, si la boleta debe entregarse personalmente al votante o al agente designado del votante.
