Elementary Back To School Information and Forms
In keeping with our Parent Portal initiative of providing parents with organized access to their child's student records, student homeroom assignments will be available on our Parent Portal on Monday, August 28th at 9AM.
We have linked information within the attached parent letter on accessing the Parent Portal here for those who are new to the district, or for those who have yet to set up their account. If you are experiencing issues, the district has set up a Parent Portal Support Request Form to help you troubleshoot. Please know and keep in mind that you will use your Parent Portal access for the duration of your child’s time in the Clarkstown School district; report cards, scheduling at the secondary level(s), assessment/testing scores at the secondary level(s), etc.
Also linked below are many of the back to school forms we typically provide in our back to school mailer. While we have chosen to provide these forms electronically, please note that copies of many of these documents will be coming home with your child in their backpack during the first week of school.
For our incoming Kindergarten students, class placement letters will be mailed directly to families at your home via USPS as there are items in their packets we can not provide electronically. This information will also be posted on the Parent Portal on Monday.
We are looking forward to welcoming our students and staff back to a wonderful new school year, which begins on Tuesday, September 5th.
