Superintendent Performance Goal 1:

• By June 1, 2023, the Superintendent will provide a presentation with the following:

  • Explanation of continuous improvement processes pertaining to curricular enhancements

  • Efforts made to reduce students reading below grade level by 5%

  • Efforts made to increase participation by underrepresented in advanced, college credit, AP, and/or IB courses by 3%

  • Development of a college and career-related model

To support the social-emotional and ethical development of all students.

Superintendent Performance Goal 2:

• By June 2023, the Superintendent will implement a board approved, integrated, social emotional intelligence approach for grades K-12 that will result in students who are more responsible, trustworthy, fair, caring, and involved citizens

  • Assessment of chronic absenteeism and development of strategies for improvement

Superintendent Performance Goal 3: 

• By March 2023, a strategic planning committee of multi-stakeholder representatives will be created; within five months of the creation, the superintendent will report on committee recommendations for strategic goals and provide an action plan for each

• For the school year 2022-2023, develop a 3-5 year building and facilities improvement plan by March 2023; the plan will outline recognized priorities for work, as funds become available; includes a potential Capital project that considers priority 1 item(s)
