If you are not receiving alerts as expected try the following:
- Make sure you are logged in.
- Reboot the phone
- Clear the cache for the app.
- Android - SETTINGS at the top right on the app, choose MANAGE APP, then STORAGE and CLEAR CACHE.
- Apple - Find the SETTINGS +LOG OUT icon on the last page of icons, choose RESET APP
If you are not seeing an icon for each of your children,
- Make sure you are logged into the app.
