TROUBLESHOOTING

  • If you are not receiving alerts as expected try the following:

    • Make sure you are logged in.  
    • Reboot the phone
    • Clear the cache for the app.
      • Android - SETTINGS at the top right on the app, choose MANAGE APP, then STORAGE and CLEAR CACHE.
      • Apple - Find the SETTINGS +LOG OUT icon on the last page of icons, choose RESET APP

    If you are not seeing an icon for each of your children,

    • Make sure you are logged into the app.
    • If you still do not see them, please send a request through our Contact Us form
