The New York State Seal of Biliteracy recognizes high school graduates who have studied and attained a high level of proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in one or more languages, in addition to English. If a student wishes to pursue the New York Seal of Biliteracy this year, they must submit an online application no later than December 8, 2022.
