Carly Wolff is a
senior in high school. Her first film, "The Truth About Domestic Violence," was a five-minute
documentary created to raise awareness and help prevent domestic violence. This
short film was screened at numerous film festivals across the country.
She
created a four-minute film about censorship titled "If This is the Will of
God...Who Needs God?" This film won second place and $500 in the National Coalition
Against Censorship's "Free Speech and Democracy Film Contest." She
recently extended the film to create a seven-minute version which is featured below.
This version won a National Student Television
Award for Excellence 2005 in the documentary division (NY Region).
She also shot and produced an original student screenplay. "The Final Dreams" is
a narrative film, followed by a documentary on the making of it.
