Dedication of Congers Elementary School Memorial Garden

On September 11, 2012, the students and staff at Congers Elementary School dedicated their newly refurbished Memorial Garden in a ceremony at the school. Anthony Mancino, former Congers student, completed the refurbishment of the garden as his Eagle Scout project. The center of the garden has a stone from the site of the Pentagon destruction on September 11th. A brick path with names of those lost on 9/11 surrounds the garden.
