MYSTERY
Stories in which a problem is created by an unknown element and characters try to solve it by uncovering a series of clues. The main characters in the mysteries are frequently detectives searching for a solution to a crime. Examples of mysteries are Nate the Great series, Boxcar Children series, Encyclopedia Brown series, Cam Jansen series, Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys series.
