Mrs. Cohen uses the "Resolving Conflicts Creatively Program By Educators for Social Responsibility." Issues needing conflict resolution arise throughout the day and are dealt with by placing emphasis on the children's use of their words to work through a problem. Together Time gathers the class as a whole to discuss "put ups" and "put downs" and conflicts that occur during the school day. Desirable behavior is modeled, reinforced and demonstrated by the children themselves, through puppetry and role playing."
