Ankylosaurus

Ankylosaurus is a dinosaur.  Its nicknames are Fused, Stiff or Bent Lizard.  It’s 6 feet wide, 4 feet tall and 25 – 35 feet long.  It had a club-like tail, bony plates, short legs, bony armor and spikes on its back.  It was a herbivore.  Its weight was 4.4 tons.  Its defenses were bony armor, club-like tail and spikes on its back.  Ankylosaurus lived on land.  Ankylosaurus’ fossils have been found in the western U.S.A., Montana and Canada.  Barnum Brown names Ankylosaurus in 1908.  It was nearly impossible to kill the Ankylosaurus.  It had a walnut-size brain.  It had solid armor.  It was very, very, very, very strong.  Ankylosaurus ate lots and lots of plants.  Ankylosaurus lived during the Cretaceous period.
