Due Wednesday, 4/9 - Read and take notes on pp. 989-991 (The Korean War). Find and summarize one current events article about North Korea. Your summary should discuss any connections between the event and the information we've learned in class about North Korea. Bring in the article and the summary with your homework notes.

Due Friday, 3/28 – Read pp. 1000-1005 and take detailed notes on the Collapse of Communism in the Soviet Union and in Eastern Europe.  Use the section headings to organize your notes in outline form.
